Arrived in a very worn box and not sealed. Opened it and it was very clearly used!!! Almost to the bottom with finger swipes visible!!!!

This product caused the skin under my eyes to burn, turn red and take days to heal. I tried it several times, thinking perhaps it was reacting to other products in my skincare routine. Every time the same reaction. Very disappointing.

The packaging on the product was damage. The seal was broken and the product was rancid and smelled bad.

The skin under my eyes looked burn and swollen with noticeable horrible wrinkles. It had so many wrinkles under my eye, looked horrible and I was embarrassed . After a week or more that I moisturized and it was healed, no changes or improvements were noticed. Contacted babor to state the reactions and see if anyone ever had it and they were not honest and stated that there were no cases reported. Apparently they have ignored the complaints so far. I see more similar comments like mine.

This eye cream gave me dry patches around my eyes. I couldn't figure out what was giving me dry eczema like patches around my eyes. Then I thought maybe it's the eye cream. Sure enough I stopped using this eye cream and the dry patches went away. I have never had a reaction like this to eye or face cream before.
