There’s a review floating around here claiming this vitamin “doesn’t dissolve” because someone dropped the capsule into vodka and waited for...oh, I don't know...science to happen. Let’s clear this up for anyone actually interested in how supplements… or basic chemistry… works. Gelatin capsules are designed to dissolve in water and gastric fluid, not in high proof alcohol. That’s not a flaw. That’s literally the point. Your stomach is a warm, water rich, acidic environment. Vodka is not. Unless you’re washing down your supplements with three martinis… this test is completely irrelevant. In real world conditions, taken with water as directed, gelatin capsules soften and break down within minutes. This is why gelatin capsules are used across pharmaceuticals and supplements worldwide. They are predictable, safe, and effective in the human body. Alcohol does not dissolve gelatin the same way water does. So yes, a capsule can remain mostly intact in vodka and still dissolve exactly as intended once swallowed. That is not a defect. That is middle school science. Now: for anyone actually looking for a real review and not running a home chemistry experiment… This supplement is excellent and works exactly as intended. It’s been great for digestion and cognitive clarity, and yes, there are real scientific studies supporting these benefits of peppermint oil. This is not placebo, vibes, or influencer nonsense. Bottom line: it does what it's supposed to do and it’s an absolute steal for the price. I’d buy it again without hesitation and I’ll continue taking it the traditional way, with water, like a functioning adult. Highly recommended.

Taking one capsule doesn’t help my stomach issues but taking two do. I used another brand for years that worked well but it is no longer available.

Easy to swallow, great for before I got to bed after my last snack or meal of the day. Then if I burp it’s minty but just helps me not have heartburn when I sleep.
