265LBS Cross Bars Roof Rack Fit for Ford Bronco Sport Badlands 2021-2025 & Outer Banks 2022-2025 & First Edition 2021 & Heritage Limited Edition 2023 Cargo Carrier Bar Accessories

This rack system fits among others, the 2024 Bronco Sport Outer Banks model we just purchased. Looks identical to the one on the Ford Accessories website. One small word of caution: the 5mmX20mm torx head cap screws that are supplied to tighten the 4 tower retaining clips to the bottom of the mounting rails are not long enough. I had to go to the local hardware store and purchase 4 5mm X 35mm stainless hex cap screws to obtain enough length to grab the clip's threads to tighten. The provided bolts were just not long enough. Once I had the correct length bolts, the installation was a breeze. The clips fit into slots Ford provides on the underside of the longitudinal rails. Also - our Bronco Sport has the factory sunroof and the rack clears the glass panel with room to spare. No interference between the rear crossbar and the glass. Worth the purchase at the price of $116.00.

Very nice packaging. Easy to install but could be slightly easier. Always recommend using Red thread locker on app bolts. Not very low profile but still sturdy Cross bars are nice.They do move about 1/4 inch forward and back but I’ve heard they do that. Pushing back is fine as the vehicle is going forward. My only concern is tightening, but again, I’ve heard it’s always good practice to check the bolts every 90 days.Only down side was that there is no where noted the max weight limit, it says to see manual, but there was not one in the box.

Don’t rattle or vibrate, even over real rough roads. A great way to transport luggage etc and the installation did not take long at all. Quality construction. I haven’t noticed any wind drag noises. Priced fairly in my opinion. A sleek, sophisticated look. Haven’t scratched the vehicle and no shifting around during travel. Great reinforcements and weight capacity for the size. Fairly priced. I had no trouble retrieving items on it either.

The roof racks fit perfectly once installed on my 2023 Bronco heritage limited. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the mounting bolts are a tick short making installation more difficult then it needs to be. Just another 1/4" would make a huge difference. Otherwise no complaints. Looks awesome..

They look good for the prices install was very difficult. Tough to thread the top bolts into the mechanism that fixes the bars onto the vehicle. Threads don’t line up very well lots of messing around to make them work. Once they’re in they don’t thread tightly, feels like they could be spun all day so I’ll probably use some sort of locktite on them when I have the time. Otherwise check every few months
