Signature BCAA

Love Bodybuilding Signature brand. Great quality, mixes well and tastes great. Do BCAA’s work? Always debated but it helps me drink more water throughout the day so I say yes.

I use this product to help with post-exercise recovery. This product was delivered rapidly, and I think that it does hep with my recovery after a strenuous workout.

I use a 20oz container and the directions say to use two full scoops (included) and it's a bit too sweet. I reduce it to no more than 1.5 scoops (sometimes less) for a 20 oz and it's perfect. Grape flavor taste great!

Tastes like battery acid and chewed up baby aspirin. Sticks in the throat. Ew.

I usually can feel or see a difference in performance, energy, body composition when using a product that helps build me up but I honestly haven't see much from this product But i am an avid user of this brand so I will continue to use others. Thanks

Great tasting compared to other grape flavored BCAA's. My only complaint is that I wish it was more available so I wouldn't need to buy it directly from the Bodybuilding.com's website.

I take this during my workout. I love the grape flavor. I am a big muscle guy.

This is a great product and have ordered it multiple times. I have also ordered the pre-work out in different flavors. Grape is my favorite I do believe however, it is cheaper on the bodybuilding website and it is here on Amazon but in exchange you get the product faster than if you order it from the actual website if you were looking for a great BC, AA or pre-work out, you will not go wrong getting this product.
