Also das Band ist von hervorragender Qualität. Hab mich aber geirrt mit der Stärke. Bei mir bewegt es sich keinen Zentimeter, also es ist eher was für Sportler, den es benötigt viel Kraftaufwand.

The pictures don’t give it justice, this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s and ankle/wrist loop exercise band (that’s what I call it, because it’s perfect to keep your legs and hands in certain positions together so you can hold positions) it’s perfect! I’m only 163cm tall btw.

15 Schritte rechts und 15 nach links und du spürst deinen Po. Eigentlich wie beim Inlinern. Besser als jedes Gerät im Gym. Einen Stern ziehe ich für den Preis ab.
