Q: Will it work with 24v 14.5a power supply? i hope it won't fry the circuit board and led?

Yes it will work, 24V is the upper limit of the supply specification. The unit will only draw the current it requires , 14.5 A is more than enough for this modal draws approximately 5A .

If your truck is running on 12vs you are going to need a several boost converters. 1) boost converters: 10 or just 5 of these 600w($18.05) for 5 its $90.25 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QZYX8KE/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (2)use a relay to power on the lights from a 12vs. And i have am using this led on my bicycle with a boost converter to power this awesome led.
