Excellent product would buy again.

Really pleased with this item, it was half price to what the actual website was charging for the same item. Great addition to my ingenio range.

Needed a replacement for our ingenio frying pans. Ordered 2 as the price was 50% cheaper than the Tefal store.

Got two of these as extra ones to use along with the one supplied with the pans. Actually prefer the black plastic original as these came scuffed and I can imagine will scuff easily in future

Very good handle for the teffsl pans

I love shopping on Amazon for the great customer service and I was excited to treat myself to Tefal saucepans with removable handles. What a big disappointment. When one handle broke within 3 months I contacted Amazon who said I needed to contact Tefal directly. All I wanted was a replacement handle or refund for it. What a palaver! They wanted photos, a video and loads of other info, but their server kept rejecting the video as it was too big. I tried sharing a link instead but they couldn't open it. Still waiting for a refund. The handle intermittently gets stuck on the saucepan and is difficult to get off as nothing happens when you press the red buttons. I can't use it as I'm worried when it happens again I won't be able to get it off at all. I love that the saucepans are stackable, but bottom line, I really don't think they're worth the money and the customise service seems to be designed to put you off at every step.
