Overall, I like it.
It doesn’t help much when my throat is really sore, but it works fine when it’s just slightly irritated. I also like that it’s sugar-free, so it doesn’t feel too heavy. Rather than expecting strong effects, it feels more like a candy that gives a bit of relief to the throat. Overall, I like it.

Most effective drops I have tried
These are the most effective cough drops I have tried. The reason for 4* rating is that they quickly become "pocket worn" if carried around a few days. I put 2 or 3 of these in a small plastic bottle to prevent that, but I wish the native packaging worked better.

Very good tart lemon flavor!
These are just wonderful. Great lemon tart flavor. No sugar. It's a good treat for me that keeps me from indulging late at night in eating before bed. I recommend this highly and Im a fussy person.
