I really like this stuff as it does not give me the jitters like some other pre-workout powders. The taste is decent and it does seem to give you an extended amount of energy more than some other pre-workout powders do. I’m not sure why they use these size containers because when you open it up, less than half the container has powder. But I have weighed it in the past and they indeed have the correct amount that is stated on the label. Just don’t be alarmed when you open it and see hardly anything inside! I took a picture right after I opened the lid and this is what you will see.

I love this pre workout! I’ve been using it for over a year! Great ingredients and great energy boost! Tastes good. I mix it with seeking health electrolytes to get a potassium hydration boost!

Under 'Ingredients' list on description page it states "Contains no sugar, or sucralose." I can't tolerate sucralose so I happily purchased the Strawberry-kiwi flavor thinking it applied to ALL flavors. Apparently, only the blueberry-lemonade contains stevia as a sweetener while the other flavors all contain sucralose and according to my taste, Alot of it. Sucralose causes migraines for myself and and others. I wish it was made clear that only 1 out of 4 flavors contains zero sucralose. I hope this review can help others choose the right item similarly in my position. The description page should be revised and updated to clarify this.

So I would love to review this product. But when I took the safety seals off and screwed the top back on it wouldn't tighten right. Tried to put it down. The cap came off. Powder went all over and I lost it all. Tried to put the lid on and it just spins. Can't tell you how it mixes or tastes because it landed all over my floor. If I had a choice of this and any other brand. I would buy anything else. Good luck. Update - So the company reached out and stated they have had a few problems with this and they were fixing it. They also offered me my money back or a replacement. I took the replacement as this is a good product. The new container was great. No problems at all. Happy with the product and very happy with the customer service. I now say, buy this. The company will support you.

Great tasting pre-workout that lasts through your entire workout. There is no crash and you can have throughout the day for an added boost!

Title says it all. I dont know if they added it recently or i somehow missed it for months but yeah, junk. All artifical sweetners are linked to cancers and numerous negitive side effects. Shame. Update: depending on the flavor the preworkout may or may not have artificial sweetners in it. The Blueberry Lemonade is clean where as the Strawberry Kiwi has Sucralose. They should update product pages to make this a little more clear. However a conpany rep messaged me and offered me a refund or to ship out the Blueberry Lemonade flavor which was good customer service!

We have purchased this product 17 times over the last couple of years . So you can imagine we really liked it . However this new batch of pre workout ( in 2025 ) they changed something . I always buy the watermelon kiwi and it always tasted awesome. But now , not so much . It has a bitter taste I don’t like at all . I Will have to find a new pre workout to buy unless they go back to the old formula, which I highly doubt .

Old School labs has the best pre work. I love feeling energized without having my skin tingle. Also no crashing, it’s a favorite of mine and my clients.
