Love these noodles
I love these noodles. My husband likes things spicy and me also but not AS spicy and these were perfect. Enough spice for him and not too much for me. Cooking doesn't get any easier...just drop in boiling water. When they were done and I stirred in the spice packet, I added shrimp, scallions and broccoli. Yummy!!! They are a bit pricey but worth it. A nice treat

Korean King of Noodles
Overall fantastic. I usually have been eating the buldak carbonara or buldak yakisoba cuz I like spicy but I prefer more of a soy sauce or curry spice taste. Sometimes noodles are too chili spiced or taste almost like buffalo sauce. These Momo ones are the best texture and best tasting noodle I’ve had, it reminds me of the texture and taste of wonton soup. I have to say the sizing is perfect too, enough thickness cut for your bowl but too long or too wide! The tingly chili sauce is definitely a nice tingle of chili, not overpowering it’s more like a salty dumpling sauce with a chili aftertaste kind of like a Szechuan or Kung Pao taste. My only complaint is it can be a little salty and you can’t really make broth with this. It’s more like a thin sauce like something you would put on pho or flavor on lo mein. Honestly though lightness isn’t a bad thing, there’s beauty in the simplicity! Noodle taste: 5/5 Noodle texture: 5/5 Noodle size: 5/5 Sauce taste: 4/5 Sauce thickness: 3/5 Overall Score 22/25 so 88% :] It’s good I would definitely get the Tingly Chili again ! 🙂

4/5 no issues and tasty
Noodles are perfect, and price is good because it's a once in awhile meal. It was a little more spicy than sweet (I don't handle spice well though). Texture is not bad! I feel this is probably healthier than typical ramen 😁 easy to make. Would be nice to be able to control spice level for people like me that have a low tolerance 😅

Not actually ramen noodles. Just Meh...
I had been hearing about the Momofuku noodles for a while and i've been wanting to try them. I would consider myself a Ramen fan and like to try the various styles and brands available. I think that gives me enough credence to write a critical review. I bought a 5 pack of the Sweet & Spicy and a 5 pack of the Tingly Chili and i just thought they were okay. I guess i should point out that this isn't "Ramen." It's more of a asian style noodle and sauce. The quality of the noodle is fine, but not exceptional and there is a small packet of liquid seasoning. The flat noodles are not fried like a regular Ramen noodle are, so this helps with the texture, but honestly i wasn't blown away by the texture anyway. The flavor of the sauce packet was a let down as well. its an okay flavor but the spicyness isnt very balanced and it just ends up being one note at the end. Ive tried these a few times now and even though the serving size is smaller for instant noodles, i haven't finished my bowl of noodles any of the times i fixed it. For reference, my favorite instant ramen is Nissin's RAOH Tonkatsu, and those go for about $2.30 a package and the noodles are far superrior to these, Plus its actually ramen, not just asian noodles and sauce. Bottom line: Decent quality but just ok in the flavor and texture department. I probably wont be buying any more.

Best of the best
Momofuku noodles has 5 flavors and this is my favorite only by a little. Amazing flavor with a hint of heat. Personally, I put them on subscription to make sure I am able to get them. They go out of stock fast. Easy to prep and a low calorie food option.

5-stars for the Old Packaging; not the new packaging
The original Momofuku spicy noodles are a 5 star product that should continue forever. The noodles are high quality and the soy sauce is unique, which gives the product a great taste. The new packaging, completely ruins the product though - if you are ordering, make sure you order the old packaging. The new packaging has low quality soy sauce, noodles that are lower quality, and the packaging is a mess. Ordering the old noodles are make or break.

Very bland flavor.
2nd Edit: I am no longer sick and these are ok. The noodles have great texture - love the texture. What I don’t love is having to boil and drain them. I want instant ramen to be simple and fast. As for flavor, they’re just meh. I’m just not bowled over by these. I wanted to be considering everyone was raving it, but it I found flavor to be mild to almost bland. This just isn’t for me. I give this 2 stars. I may be in the minority. EDIT: so I was sick when I ate these but didn’t know it. Nothing is tasting right the last couple of days as a result. I have changed this to 3 stars for now and will re-review once better. The noodles have a nice texture to them. I have to say though the flavor is very minimal. I had to add soy sauce to have any flavor. For the price, this is just not worth it. I’m shocked because so many people rave about it. I was thoroughly disappointed and will not purchase again.

Best noodles and sauces.

They're nothing to write home about and absolutely not worth the insane price they are now - £17?!. There's no denying the noodle quality is superior to most others available, albeit a small portion for the price. The sauce however is such a let down. It needs a lot of additions to make it even slightly interesting.

Bit disappointed. Noodles and a packet of soy sauce and dried spring onion. I expected a bit more. Be cheaper to by these things separately.

I ordered that's after seeing a review online and wanted to see what the fuss was about. Alas Amazon sent me some that had already expired and refuse to let me return and refund. After back and forth with customer support and having to give them photo evidence they'd sent me expired food they finally refunded me. Sad that I didn't get to try them I headed to a local shop and got some instead. However, after all that they turned out to be pretty bland. They just taste like standard noodles with soy sauce. Nothing notable over any other noodles. Which is crazy considering how expensive they are. Get some Pancit Canton noodles instead.
