Of the two boats I received one was having a battery issue and the other wouldn’t turn. I sent a quick email to their customer service and late at night and within a couple hours they responded and immediately shipped me a new set. No pictures needed, no return needed, no talking on the phone trying to troubleshoot, just quickly replaced. That was really impressive. This set works great!

Returned got new and had same issue with 2nd set. Really wanted these to work because we liked that everything fit in the case which is a great case. But batteries are awful and only last couple minutes. We had trouble with both sets that one boat wouldn’t connect to the remote and one remote would take over and start running both boats. But with both sets after only a couple uses one boat was broken. Have had other brands that worked great but I bought these because everything could be stored in the case but these are junk. So bummed and wish they would fix the issues. Hard to believe since we tried two sets that this isn’t a common issue.

I bought these for my grandkids but everyone loves them. So much fun. Great range, fast, don't take on water and nearly indestructible. We live on a lake so we have a lot of room and these boats are great for this. I didn't expect much but we're loving them. Batteries last about 10 minutes which is fine. Will buy more soon so we can keep using them. I wish they made a bigger version. I would buy it.

These boats were so fun to play with until one of them just stopped going. No explanation whatsoever. Fully charged. Connected to remote just fine. Remote has new batteries. But boat drags as if something is jamming the propeller. But nothing to the naked eye is jamming the propeller. Very disappointed now. Was having so much fun.

Great purchase! Remote is very intuitive and easy to learn. I was prepared to create some front foam bumpers for playing in the pool, but they both came with a front bumper (genius) which prevent damage from running into the pool edge. Lots of fun. And the pair are equipped with diff frequencies so you can race them simultaneously. Great design. Very maneuverable. Tons of fun.

We got the 2 pack. (They are small) Purchased as we moved to the lake & Dad loves playing with these & so do his buddies (the smile on these grown men is Ginormous!) & even our 5 year old & his friends can maneuver & live them. They are durable accidently crashed & we're O.K.! Charger fast & go really far. Completely happy with these & can't wait to collect more!
