Fossil FB-01 Men's Dive-Inspired Sport Watch with Stainless Steel Bracelet Band

It was a birthday gift for husband collection and was a great pick he loves it. It looks great on him.

Love the feel and the design of this watch! Just started my "hobby" or collection of watches and Fossil has never let me down. This watch looks fantastic and the details of the face are fantastic. Very durable too, I wear it at work, went swimming, and have banged my wrist on a counter or two and it's still perfect with no scratches. Definitely a copy of the "Rolex Pepsi" and my watch enthusiast friend says it's a cheap copy, but I don't care, it looks great and feels great.

If you can find this watch on sale, it's a great budget choice! I wouldn't recommend paying more than $65 for it. The second-hand lines up with the markers around 99% of the time. It's also hair-friendly and performs well underwater. It's important to note that the watch is Dive-Inspired, which means the Bezel is fixed and cannot be rotated. On the bright side, it sits comfortably on my wrist and complements my outfits perfectly. The Lume on the watch works well, ensuring easy readability.

It seems to be a good watch for the price. My purchase price made it comparable to the Casio Duro/Marlin. Compared to that model, there are a few things missing: 200m water resist with a screw-down crown (Fossil is only 100m w/ non screw-down crown) and a rotating bezel (Fossil is fixed). You do however gain a metal bracelet (Current Duro/Marlins seems to be all resin bands), date magnifier, and a bigger effective watch face in its place. Build quality seems to be comparable. The lume charge even seems to last about the same amount of time. Just as a point of data, my watch's second hand is hitting all the indicies exactly on the mark. I just recieved my watch, but I'll update if there are any issues with the reliability of the movement.

We tried to call local stores to see if anyone offered engraving (free as mentioned on the card insert) or if they had additional links. The engraving is likely only done at Fossil stores, but the Dillard’s sales lady was helpful. They didn’t have/do either but I could order up to two free links by calling Fossil. And she’s right. You have to call. There’s no option online to order them. I’ve called three times a day since Monday (today is Friday) and left my callback with the automated machine (the only option ever given) and I’ve yet to hear back from Fossil. I’ve tried reaching out via email and FB as well. So great watch. But unusable for a large man without extra links.Update: I called again Friday afternoon. This time I didn’t select the option to order links. I just stayed on the line without making a selection until a live person came on. There was a long wait but she was helpful and did get the links ordered. Don’t select ORDER LINKS if you call!

Watch was as advert and delivered ahead of schedule.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a watch that had a luxury look to it while being on the affordable side. This watch looks and feels amazing for this price point. I got it for about $99 after taxes. I had to remove 2 links on the bracelet but and now it fits perfectly. It is a quartz movement but it's very quiet. The bezel could look a little better that's my only complaint, but for this price point still amazing. Love the silver/gold/black color theme! I think fossil could do a little bit better in the packaging though, maybe tape the box shut because the box was open inside the bubble wrap packaging.

The media could not be loaded.  En éste reloj la combinación de colores se ve muy elegante aunque con los golpes de uso se fue despintando un poco, entiendo que en ésta marca las manecillas del minutero y la hora son gruesas, a mi gusto me gustan más delgadas, el sistema del broche de cerrado y apertura me gustó mucho; es un botón integrado que no sobresale y que hay que presionar, su mecanismo es bueno, lo que si de verdad no me gustó es la gota de agua que tiene en el número del mes, es algo que me molesta tanto que pienso cambiarle el cristal a uno completamente liso, es una buena relación calidad precio

Great looking watch! The green on gold gives it a luxury look similar to a Rolex, but at a fraction of the price. Keeps time well, sits on the wrist well. Fingers crossed it doesn't get too scratched up too easily, but other than concerns with the longevity of it, I love it. Wear it everyday.
