Yes, you can use other brands they’re just trying to sell their solution. They’ve perfected the carpet cleaning machine they do not need to monopolize the solution side as well. The mop and vac and this machine are unreal. Out of this world and they’re 5 star machines. I could not believe how great the mop and vac was bc I knew growing up as a kid the mop/vac products were absolute trash. Tineco, you out did yourself on these. Congratulations.
