I strongly recommend this book! It includes power of attorney forms, advanced directive and even a will! It’s a “one book covers all” item that nobody should be without! I found this book to be extraordinary and wish my Mother had one before she passed as everything would’ve been much less complicated!

I wasn't very impressed by this book because I didn't expect it to have pages that I felt weren't very relevant to me.In some ways, the book did meet my expectations but I regretted not ordering a different one.

It would have been difficult to fill in the forms in this book as it did not lay flat. I returned it and bought another that was spiral bound.

It’s simple to read and many good suggestions that are easy to implement.

good value and has good use

I have had a copy of this Checklist & recently ordered a copy for a friend. Her daughter thanked me. She said it was going to be helpful tool when her mom passes.
