For years I’ve had feather down duvets and I’ve always loved how warm and snuggly they felt, the problem came when I had a surgery on my ankle and the weight of the duvet on it was excruciating, so I had a look into other options. I never thought I’d say anything else was better than a down duvet, but in my opinion this is. It’s warm and cosy and snuggly and lightweight but still warm enough for the British weather. I don’t think I’ll ever own another type of duvet again, it feels like I’m sleeping under a marshmallow, it’s just wonderful. Brilliant product, brilliant value for money and a great nights sleep can be had under one of these.

After reading other reviews I was worried about this wool duvet smelling and that I would need to air it for days before using but this was unfounded and after shaking it into shape it was ready to use.The duvet is a great weight, I like a heavier duvet, and does seem to regulate our temperature well and we have slept really well since purchasing it. Well made of a good quality cotton fabric and excellent value for money! Wish I have bought one sooner!

The reviews said this quilt slides around inside the quilt cover. They weren't wrong. Even with a brushed cotton one it still does it. I'm hoping with wear it will settle down. It seems like a well made product however.I've found it nice and warm and it has a little extra weight to it so it drapes nicely. It seems to hold the heat when I go to the loo at night too so that's a plus. It's very 'noisy'; it seems to have a sort of crinkley noise to it. I hope, again, with wear that will settle.

I like the weight of a thick duvet, but don't need a high tog. After a little bit of research I came across wool filled duvets and they are exactly that, heavier than synthetic duvets but lower in tog, which is great if your other half is like a radiator or you get menopausal flushes, or both!. This one has lots of square pockets and molds around you similar to a feather duvet, rather than just lay over you like a cheap synthetic one. I feel snuggly and comfortable but without over heating. The only downside is the material that makes up the outside layer of the duvet rustles a little, but I think that will go over time.

I have always had a feather duvet and was looking for a new one. I came across this duvet in my search. I read the reviews and all were positive. I liked like the idea some thought it was like sleeping in a marshmallow and the you keep cool in summer and warm in winter. I decided to purchase and it has met all my expectations so far. I haven’t had a night sweat since and it’s now about 8 weeks on. Would recommend.I also decided to purchase wool pillows, I feel I have a better sleep system now

I’m so surprised at a couple of reviewers commenting a little harshly on the insulating material - but maybe that’s just the 4.5 tog. My 10.5 tog is excellent. Having had wool filled pillows for a while now I finally decided to swap my feather shedding duvet for a wool one. The price was very appealing compared to others I’ve seen at well over £100 - but I kept my feather one in the cupboard “just in case”. I needn’t have worried. I’ve been using this duvet for a month now - with some nights being warmer and some more recently turning decidedly cooler. This is the first duvet I’ve ever had that I didn’t need to fling off on warmer nights - and yet it kept me warm and snuggly on the colder nights. There is a very slight crispness to the cover, but absolutely nothing that puts me off at all. Once the duvet cover is on its smooth, comfy, cozy and quiet. The filling stays in place perfectly - in fact better than my old feather one which I needed to shake out every now and again. The old feather duvet is now consigned to the attic for emergency guest use only. I’m a wool convert and would highly recommend this product - especially at the very competitive price.

Love love love this duvet! We have used this throughout the winter and hot spring weather and found it perfect for both.It’s light but has puffed up sufficiently and no nasty smells
