For the PA500 version (with the lumbar support, I'm just not using it) first impressions are great. The foam padding seems much better quality than the other benches I looked at, Its nice and firm seems to keep its shape and not too soft to where the vinyl gets all messed up. Very sturdy out of the box, easy to assemble, the adjustable knobs on the bottom of the legs help level the whole thing out. I will update this review if it becomes less sturdy over time. The only downside Id say is the size of the gap between the seat is bigger than most other benches but its not a deal breaker and can be filled with a rolled up towel or piece of foam during use. Bench folds down nicely and fits under the bed. Overall 5 stars, delivered on time and packaged very well. Perfect for home gym.

This is a great bench for a home gym!!! It came very well packaged and super easy to assemble. Everything actually feels like it's made of quality materials. You could compare it to actual benches in the gym. It's adjusts perfect for all my needs, inclind, decline and fully 90 degrees with ease. I really don't see myself using the fold up feature but it works well and is a nice feature if needed. My only complaint and I mean only.. Would have to be the lumbar support. I wanted to appreciate the pad cause I do have slight back issues but unfortunately the pad is pretty hard and a bit too bulky to use properly. And it is optional you can take it on and off very easy. It's held on with a velcro strap. That's my ONLY complaint.. I've done all types of exercises on it and NOT once did I feel shakey or wobbly. I love this bench!!! I highly recommend it!!!

I like the bench. It’s sturdy , good width and slightly lower height I think. Fairly easy to put together. I give this 4 stars. It’s not so easy to use decline. You need to be very fit . The piece that you put your feet under to hold yourself is usable but this is not professional gym quality. Abs and decline presses are challenging enough…. This is not a great support. This is where I am disappointed. Because the description pictures make it look easier than it is.

I never leave Amazon reviews, but I needed to make an exception in this case. I ordered the PA500 and it arrived quickly and everything was as described. However, when attempting assembly (which is pretty simple) the bolt holes for the front stabilizer were misaligned to the point the bolts would not fit. I emailed customer service the same night I received it, and within two days and a little back and forth troubleshooting, PASYOU resolved the issue by sending a complete new unit. The bolt holes on this one were tight, but I was able to get them through and complete assembly. In this day and age, good customer service is hard to come by, so I felt that when one does find it, it should be pointed out. There were probably a handful of ways to go about fixing the problem, and they went with both easiest AND best for me, the customer. A true win. As for the functionality of the weight bench itself, so far so good in my limited use. I’ll try and update in a few months but I expect it to be solid and everything I need. It’s sturdy with no wobble and the position adjustments are relatively easy and quick. Padding is just right, and the height from the floor is spot on too (I’m 5’ 11”).

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect fit to help with my workout regime. If you need more than this bench offers, you need a membership (and a trainer) at a gym. It was packaged well, easy to assemble (came mostly assembled) and feels good and strong right out of the box. It has all the functions I was looking for. I’ve read all the reviews for the other benches. This one was for me. Thanks Pasyou for paying attention and giving us what we need at a fair price. Bam. You Rock.🎸😎

I am really impressed at how easy it was to put together and how rocksolid it is. It looks really well-made relative to other fitness equipment I’ve had in the past. There is a video right here in the listing and I watch that so that’s how I put it together. I think it took me less than 10 minutes. I also bought it because I don’t have a lot of room in my apartment and I needed it to fold up and it does that quite easily.

Après recherches du meilleur banc, mon choix s'est arrêté sur celui-ci : je voulais une bonne qualité avec une bonne stabilité et un maximum de réglages : j'en suis très content ! Livré dans un parfait état Son montage s'est fait très facilement et très rapidement : juste les pieds à monter, le reste est déjà assemblé. Le banc de musculation est de très bonne qualité, il se déplace aisément avec ses roulettes et il y a aussi à chaque pied des molettes pour régler sa stabilisation. Le réglage du banc se fait très rapidement et est sécurisé par le système avec vis qui se tire pour changer de réglage rapidement. Franchement si vous hésitez avec plusieurs bancs : prenez celui-ci, je suis certain que vous ne serez pas déçu.
