Not good

I bought this cartridge thinking it was NEW as posted but since my printer did not recognize it, I can tell it was a refilled cartridge. If it was refilled it should have been posted instead of claiming it to be new. Very unsatisfied.

Not a happy camper. This product was not recognized by my printer! It said there was no ink. I took it out and re-inserted it several times. Shock it up and no ink came out. Very disappointed. the time sensitive print job I had to do, was delayed.
