Not over impressed.
not very good taste, dried out and went a weird shade of green. I will stick to supermarket slices!!

Freelance, yummy cheese
Outside the great metropolis it can be difficult to obtain grated emmental so getting it delivered is a good option. It's emmental . . . which, if you like it, is great. Good for cooking and adding to soup, you can't beat it in my opinion. It freezes well so you can just use what you need when you need it - ideal. No more mouldy cheese left in the packet ! Good value. Love it.
