I tried multiple supplements to strengthen my nails. Then I read about adding silica. My nails are very like they were in high school. I am so pleased, less breaking and splitting and growing fast. No side effects and easy to swallow.

Easy to take, one pill. I take it with lunch. I have not had any side effects. I have not noticed a huge difference, but I am about halfway through the bottle and my hair is not falling out as much as it was. If this continues I will probably keep purchasing this supplement. Slow and steady.

I have noticed that I feel stronger and more able to walk longer distances since using this.

I bought this for hair and skin but my dentist said my bone loss in my jaw has started to reverse. My skin looks a lot less dry and even. Haven’t noticed as much fall out of my hair in the shower.
