it is a great product i would recommend to everyone. Runs well, very stable and easy to maneuver. I played 27 holes over two days without charging on a hilly course and there were still 2 out of 6 battery status indicator dots lit.There are two minor issues that are related to ergonomics. The charging port on a side of the remote has a flimsy rubber plug that easily comes out of the slot. The reason is that it is placed where your fingers grab the remote. Either use a better plug or move the port to either top or the bottom of the remote. I spend too much time replacing the cap in the slot.The other is the battery. The insertion slot protects the battery in the rain so i want to highlight that. I played in the rain and it was fine. However, i keep the cart assembled in the club's storage room and remove the battery for charging at home. Taking it out requires reaching underneath the unit, releasing a latch and sliding it out with some level of difficulty. Inserting it back is a piece of cake. Possibly a V3 could have that problem solved. the other minor issue is the flimsy rubber cap on the battery charging port. It comes off very easily. I was running the cart over thicker grass and had to replace the cap when back on the fairway. I keep eye on it but would rather have a cap you can screw on the existing thread the port has.Overall, love it.

I did a lot of research before buying one of these golf carts, because of the complexity of what these things have to do, and couldn’t find any bad reviews on this product. I made a good choice with the packaged deal and got the cart the motorized wheels and follow devise all in one and couldn’t be happier, I feel like alphard has took all the problems with these products and fixed them the best it could be done, if you are looking for one of these you will be happy with this product, battery life is no issue, remote is no issue it will climb any hill you can climb (with the wheelie bars installed) folds away smaller than my 2 wheel pull cart I had , very pleased with my purchase well made, I bought the 3 piece package that has a cart and the motorized wheels and the follow me thing, I haven’t even used the follow me option because the remote and all do everything I need

I love the moter. If you lose the remote, you're out of luck. The company since they were sold out that means I've spent $800 for device I can't use.

The battery only last 1.5 rounds when it’s said to last at least 3-4 rounds. That’s false. Other than that it’s nice to have when walking the course.

I am extremely happy with the purchase of my Alphard V2. It's so much better than others I've seen used at my home course. I really like the wide wheel base and the overall stability. The battery life is exceptional. I always charge it after each round of golf, but I feel certain I could get a couple of rounds out of it before needing to charge it. I use it with the Alphard Omni cart. I think the swivel front wheel is important. Overall, it's better than I expected. It's a pleasure to use.
