Bush Business Furniture Office 500 72W x 36D Executive Desk in Modern Hickory

I was searching for a reasonably priced executive desk for my home office and that’s tough to do. The more traditional desks are $1000+ and the cheap ones don’t look good… Then I stumbled on this and I could not be more pleased. It is super sturdy and doesn’t look to corporate or commercial and flows with my house while not making it look like I’m in a reception room at some doctor’s appointment. There is plenty of space and the assembly took me about 45 minutes. It would be beneficial to have someone help you align the desk once assembled because it is heavy. My only con is it didn’t have a drawer but for the price that is perfectly acceptable.

First, this desk is complete garbage. It is cheaply made, enormous and a beast to maneuver. Unpackaging it was a nightmare and the desktop was super scratched and a chunk from the base support on the outside was gone. It is cheap particle board and it also had other parts peeling back. So they say "go ahead and send it back for a refund".GUESS WHAT? UPS told us they would not take it and FEDEx quoted $440 to send it back which is $10 less than the cost of the desk. It has been a nightmare to load and unload in an out of my vehicle (which is a 2 person job because it weighs at least 150lbs) multiple times to take to and from my office and then to multiple shipping places and back home. Their customer service agents have been rude and condescending. They told me after I explained the shipping issue...."TO GO AHEAD AND SEND IT BACK"..... So I asked if they would cover the cost of shipping and they do not. Then they told me the could replace parts but I needed to unpackage the beast and get them part numbers and then they would "CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE THE PART AVAILABLE". So I'm to wrestle this monstrosity, figure out how to locate part numbers, get them the part number and maybe by some chance they would have replacement pieces? I told them I just need the tabletop replaced and they want a part number. I asked for a refund again after going through this or to have them help with shipping. And they just told me again to send it back for a refund and they would not cover shipping. SO it has been circles and they are not budging at all in any kind of help. At this point it is a total loss and I'll have to take it to the dump. And I can't believe how long my review is . I have never written a long review. DO NOT WORK WITH BISON COMMERCE> THEY ARE THE WORST>

Very easy to assemble. Did this myself in less then 45 minutes. Without the separately purchased drawer system it is sturdy but in the center (w/o the drawer system) it could use more stability. Add the drawers and you’ll have an extremely nice desk that will last a long time and hold up to daily use.

I bought these for my daughters new office and put them together myself with a little help lifting it off the floor (I'm a 60 year old handy lady) I took off two stars because they are very easily scratched, one top arrived already scratched so they sent me another top (took 3 weeks) then the second top got chipped because I did not notice a screw was on the floor when we slid it so that we could flip it over. the company was nice enough to send me a new top however they left me with the damaged top and it is super heavy and I don't have a truck to tow it away.

Easy to put together. Arrived without damage. Is nice and big- great for someone like us who wants an executive desk but can't fit already built ones through a door way. The only thing I will say is the color on my computer monitor looked more brown with a little gray but in person it really is more grey.

I work two full time remote jobs at home and needed a large sturdy desk. Not only reasonably priced but exceeded my expectations on overall quality. Looks beautiful too. Very happy with this desk and wasn’t too difficult for my husband to put together. Took about 45 minutes.

We were looking for a desk with a lot of surface space and let room. We went from an L- shaped Bush desk to this one. Very happy with Bush furniture. Easy to put together and sturdy. Definitely recommend.
