FastChews, Chewable Electrolyte Tablets for Management of POTS and High Sodium Diets, Fast-Acting Sodium Tablets, Fruit Punch, 60 Count

If I could by these by the 1000's I would. My partner has been researching to see if we can buy them in a pack of like 60 bottles or something. They make a HUGE difference in managing POTS flare ups and I share them with friends & family when out on adventures/hot days! I think they are delicious. I have heard that if you are fine on salt/electrolytes then they will taste overly salty. Please please never stop making these, Vitassium. They keep me upright as a POTS girlie. I manage my POTS really well via diet and exercise and still frequently need these.

A must-have for POTS! I drink electrolytes all day, but on flare days, it's still not enough. I can't use the traditional salt tablets that my neurologist recommended because they made me severely nauseated. I have difficulty swallowing, and they'd get hung up in my throat, too. (Very Gross!) But with these, I can chew them up and get the benefits much faster. The taste is a bit strong, but considering how much sodium is in it, that's to be expected. I've found that keeping it in my mouth and chewing it a little over time (like you would a peppermint or lifesaver candy) makes the taste less overwhelming. I recommend these to anyone with POTS or dysautonomia, especially if you have difficulty swallowing. They've been a huge help for me!

I love these. I DO NOT use them as a main source of hydration, I drink two TRIORAL packets daily with added mio drops for flavor, but if I am feeling off at work and have already had a lot of electrolyte water, I take one of these. I don't even usually need to take two, just one. They definitely taste very strong but duh, I think they taste good and they go down okay. Since I don't take em a lot, 1 bottle of 60 has lasted me 4 months, so very cost effective for me. I'm sure I'll use more in the summer.

These work very well for my medical needs. They are very strong tasting, but not a salty taste. Rather a fruity artificial taste. However, I assume that is needed to mask the salt. They are very pricy though, and most people they gear these towards will require a lot more salt then these provide. One thing I will say is that they work very quickly! I feel relief from being woozy within minutes.

Carry them with me in my purse for my increase sodium needs when I'm unable to drink my electrolytes. Fruit Punch flavor was surprisingly not bad at all and much better than swallowing tablespoons of salt! Great Value. Great product for those in need.

My wife has dysautonomia and when she starts to feel faint she takes a couple of these. It works quickly to bring her back to normal. I would highly recommend.
