Thuasne Ankle Stabiliser Malleo Dynastab Boa

I wanted something for extra support of a weak ankle, to help prevent repeat strains.With the tightening mechanism released, the Dynastab Boa opens wide enough to easily put on over a sock. That seems to be it's main advantage over other types of Malleo ankle braces.The tightening mechanism is very easy to use.Once on, it certainly feels like it's giving very good support.For a while after putting it on, I seem to feel it's edges, particularly of the underfoot section. but after a while standing I don't notice that anymore.I'ts early days, but after 5 hours I find it gets a little uncomfortable around the top.The tightening knob means the Dynastab Boa wouldn't fit well into boots which come up over the knob. But with my high walking boots I don't need the extra support anyway.
