Most manipulative product description and photos
It mentions that it's padded and "Padded Shoulder Straps" are mentioned in the description and shown in the photos, that's why I choose this one. But the item shipped is completely different than what's in the photos as well as the description. I had no padding at all and the "Padded Shoulder Straps" were the thinnest straps not even a shoulder strap.

Good product but adaptor was missing
Another Fraud on Amazon shopping, In box and details adaptor was part of product but didn't get in box Amazon didn't help it to resolve. Loosing trust on Amazon. Rest Piano is good with features and sound so 3 Star, Amazon support - 0 star
