Worst product Defective item Suggestion for everyone - avoid this item ++ Once you will receive the order, you will not receive any kind of support neither from the amazon not from the aquatec company thereafter. ++ Installation mechanic is also not experienced. He had done holes in my wall without judgement. After making holes, he realized RO can not be fit here then again he did two more holes in my wall. And I had to pay him for destroying my wall because of Amazon policy. ++ You can realized the product is defective after installation but once it is installed, you need to uninstall it for returning but amazon will not help you in uninstalling because it does not come under amazon policy. You have to bear all the expenses from buying to installing and then uninstalling as well. ++ I had placed the return order on the day of installation (i.e., 05/08/2025) but still it has not been picked up. When I call to customer executive, everyone is saying different things. I am feeling like customer executives are not there for helping customers but to make them feel helpless. Just a suggestion avoid buying such items from Amazon. If you will buy, you will feel helpless if it is defective.
