I lost a screw to the previous handle which was old and starting to show wear on the outside as well as being dark brown on a white trimmed sliding door. This was so easy to install, looks great and works like a charm. Very good and seems quite sturdy. Should last a long time.

I have older hurricane doors so they were a bit wider than normal doors so the latch would not center in the hole where it comes out to catch the fixed lock. I tried numerous times and was unable to get the new inserts to line up and catch the receiver . I left the old inserts in and just used longer screws and attached the handles to the old inserts. Worked but would have liked to use the new white ones that came with the handles.

Perfect fit on my old sliding glass door. It took me an extremely long time to find one that fit my door without having to do any adjustments to it. I do wish it had the option of one without a key. I feel keyless is safer and I don’t have the need for a key. I am considering switching back plates (old plate for the back piece) because they are the same size. I can’t review on durability because it’s new but will update. I would recommend.

This was a great replacement for my door handle but it was annoying that it was just a box of parts with no instructions. Fortunately I was replacing another handle so I could just work through it all using the old handle as a guide but it would be more convenient if some instructions were in mused. Other than that, everything was perfect.
