I have tried a handful of different headsets including some of the other Turtle Beach models and these are by far the best I have ever used!They are very comfortable to wear do not feel heavy on my head, I like the separate volume controls one for hearing gamer chat and one for the game sounds itself.When they say the battery lasts 24 hours they were not kidding!I love the boom mic just flipping it up cuts off your voice and the distance of transmission is also awesome! They were super easy to set up not a lot of settings and stuff that you have to adjust to make them sound perfect and I am a little bit of an audiophile.I don't understand about some of the reviews saying that these headphones are fragile I've had these for about 6 months now and I haven't had any problem with any kinds of cracks or breakage or ear pad wear or mic issues whatsoever.Sound quality is amazing I did download and pay for the Dolby Atmos sound generator for the headset for $7.99 so you get a little bit better Improvement on the spatial sound but, the headphones still sounded amazing without it.I also like that the boom mic doesn't hang out in front of your face in front of your mouth it's a little bit more compact other players always say that they can hear me perfectly no crackles just high quality clear sound. I also like that there are three or four different sound setting modes you can change at the push of the button not that I really use them that much but, for the money that you pay for this headset it's just a nice extra featureFor the price these are definitely a great buy!

I had been searching for a wireless headset for my Xbox for quite a while. I tried numerous brands that just did not work correctly, and the 3.5mm jack on Xbox controllers seems to fail easily. I had a turtle beach headset years ago and it worked for chat only, it was great but not really what I was looking for.This headset is the best I've had, because it's designed for Xbox it is an easy plug and play device that required no setup or sync at all. I plugged the USB dongle into the port on the front of my Xbox, turned it on, turned on the headset, instant connection no issues. I tried it on my laptop...instant no issues no having to reconfigure settings.Ive been a bit weary about ordering "renewed" items because I've had the worst luck with them but decided to order a used headset and got lucky. It came in the original box with the seal still in tact, all parts in the box, all papers as well. It did not look used at all, I got a new oneThe only slight issue is the mic is very sensitive and you can hear everything around you through it. It feels sturdy, speakers are strong, fits well, mic goes and up and down and auto mutes when it's all the way up.All in all I would recommend this headset

When it works it’s great. But it’s more of a 80/20 that it doesn’t. For some reason the series s will sometimes go offline when the usb dongle is plugged in. Upon unplugging the headset usb the Xbox comes back online. Not a Wi-Fi issue from our provider or set up either as every other item we have that can connect does so fine. With the new Cod Mw2 2022. Forget it man unless you’re willing to constantly unplug and plug in the usb dongle to see your friends online then do it again to hear every new player your matched with in lobbies it’s not worth it. If you play mouse and keyboard with the series s it’ll crash your application and can only be resolved by closing the game. Turning off the headset and unplugging the usb restarting the game then plug in the headset and turn it back on after waiting a minute or so in the game menus. Absolute garbage. The worst headset to gift anyone or to buy yourself. I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from wasting my hard earned cash on it but whatever. I’ll save and buy another brand that’s not turtle beach. Use to be a good brand when I was a teenager but now you’re paying for a name that’s slapped on tech that’s the equivalent to buying headphones from Wish. People say Xbox will fix the issue but it’s not an Xbox issue. Xbox has no reason no responsibility to fix the glitch this headset causes. TB just shoved overpriced junk in your face claiming how great it works. Maybe for pc or ps but for Xbox? You might as well just use some basic earbuds. They’ll be more reliable than this.
