Slice through everything
the knife itself is amazing, I love to show it everyone who comes over to my house since the design looks fancy, as a chicken meal prep nerd, this is perfect since i can cut chicken with ease in minutes

sharp as it is advertised
I use it to mince meat as I like it better than ground meat. I love it , it is heavey and sharp I chop meat and mince it for taco, spaghetti , burger, kebob etc . I also use it a lot to clean fish it chops the bones easily .
