I’ve been using this unit in my bedroom for the last few months and it is working great. It was pretty easy to install by myself, it’s not too noisy, and there’s no harsh transition sound when the compressor kicks in. The sleep mode is handy and quiet enough that I have no trouble sleeping with it right next to the bed. The filter is easy to access, though I haven’t needed to clean it yet. My only complaint is that the interior water tank is difficult to drain because the port is so close to the bottom of the unit - the first time I emptied it there was water everywhere, the next time I rolled the entire unit into the bathroom and set it on the edge of the bathtub to drain it. Now when I’m home I just connect the drain hose to the upper port and let it drain constantly into a bucket I can empty easily - this is really only necessary when the temperature outside exceeds 75.

I used this product originally in a studio apartment and it cooled the entire apartment down, now I use it for my living room and kitchen. Not too loud at all, especially with the night mode feature. Very easy to set up and use, especially if you clean the filter every week as directed! I love this product and highly recommend it, definitely worth the money

This unit has stopped working. I would like an exchange or refund.

Couldn't get the exhaust tube to stay in the window attachment. Wrote to seller who replied within hours. That's good service. A knowledgeable neighbor was ultimately able to fix the problem. It's a nice little A/C for my small living room.

Very easy to install and it’s does the job of cooling your room however noise level is slightly louder than expected but I guess most AC are the same. customer service is very prompt and they deal with your inquiries pretty fast. Overall good AC and definitely recommended.

The unit arrived 5 days after Amazon had stated it would in the listing, which was a huge disappointment because we needed it before the weekend heat wave. Customer service did provide a small compensation for the delay, which was very nice of them. We let it settle for 24 hours (it arrived upside down) and then ran the AC overnight for about 8 hours on a relatively mildly warm night.The next day the AC was giving a "full tank" error. I placed a small pan under the valve that quickly overflowed and soaked my carpet. We have owned a standing unit of one kind or another for 10 years now and have NEVER had that amount of water accumulate after running 8 hours overnight!I reached out to customer service and they were incredibly helpful in discussing the issue and resolving it satisfactorily. Honestly, I can say that it was one of my better experiences with customer service.
