The advertising is misleading. It says that this is no monthly fees, no annual fees, no reoccurring/renewal fees, and no contracts. It is the "Burner" plan and it is a one time thing. Yet, after you purchase the device and go to set it up, it REQUIRES you to enter a credit card for a renew billing, that can be cancelled before the renew. Here is the copy of the exact wording:....."This device comes pre-paid with the "One Time Payment Non-Renewable Plan" service for one billing term.Please enter your credit card details below for future service billing ($199.00 every 1 year). Note: you can cancel service any time before your first rebill date."....I did call support and they verified that the credit card is needed to be on file, for our protection. Whatever.. But, they "PROMISED" that there will be know re-bill We shall see... Regardless, I find the information which was used to determine purchase as misleading so I am rating this a 1 star.

Excellent device. Perfect for tracking kids car. Battery runs out too soon - several days - if the vehicle is moving a lot though. I'd recommend the extended battery pack for long term use.

will not pick up location AT ALL,called them,they told me that the thansmitter,that i payed for ,and they sent me ,is NOT good enough,must BUY another ,BETTER transmitter,will not cancel and refund my year that i paid for,and can not use,STAY AWAY.
