This case is easy to use and reasonably well built. Like all battery cases it does add weight and bulk.The case works well and it’s nice to not have to stress about charging my iPhone all day, but there are some limitations. While it does allow for pass through charging and data, the speed is reduced. My phone can pull 3Amps directly from my fast charger, but pulls half that when pass through churching in this case. Since power is related to the square of current this translates into much slower charging times. Charging time is not an issue if your case has charged, but if totally flat, you’d want to take phone out of the case to charge more quickly, and consider charging the case separately.

After reading other reviews I took a chance and got this charging case for my iPhone 11. It has worked great - holds a charge well and is slimmer than a lot of other models. I even put an ID holder on it with no problems.

**Edited to say that their customer service is top notch in follow up and they did offer replacement or refund and continued to follow up even when we were slow to respond. ** While the battery life of the case is good I am constantly having to turn it back on to charge it’ll charge for like 2 minutes then turn off and I’ll have to keep turning it on to make sure my phone is charging

The battery case is well made. The materials used is flexible, but feels solid. I like the design of this case over others because it protects the camera when placing the phone on the table; the camera portion is elevated on this case while other cases sit flush. This seller seems to be the best price for comparable battery cases.
