I needed this for a medical mission trip where I took about 30 blood pressures a day manually for 4 days. This worked perfectly. The whole entire kit is good quality, including the stethoscope and there’s extra space to store other items. The velcro is very strong, and still looks like new after using it about 100 times. it’s really easy to switch between cuff sizes, and it only takes about 2 seconds to screw it on. One of the children dropped my sphygmomanometer on the hard floor, but thankfully it was pretty tough and didn’t damage it. I appreciate that it has an XL cuff and also one for the thigh. The downsides are that I wish there was a smaller cuff for neonatals. (I was in a country where people are generally very small compared to the US). Also, the part of the stethoscope that goes in your ears is hard, and after listening to about 30 people’s Bp, my ears got tender. It was also difficult sometimes for me to hear the tiny children’s Bp manually, so I had to switch to an automatic machine for them. Overall I’m very happy with this kit and hope to use it again on my next adventure :)

Has every cuff you could ever need. The stethoscope was also included as well as extra ear pieces. O was able to add a thermometer and a few other medical items to keep things together. The case is very sturdy and strong with a great long zipper. The bright case makes it easy to find.

Nice set but the gauge is not zeroed And not sure how to zero it to make it accurate

Well made, easy to use and love the different size cuffs and the extra replacement parts. So convenient to have all in a nice slender case!!

Bought this for our office, and the large cuff no longer works properly. I have sent a message to the company, but have not received a response on how to get replacement cuffs for this single-tube setup. Hoping maybe the company will see this??

Great value for the money I was a paramedic for 20 years and these make a decent home set for anyone from infants up to larger adults. The stethoscope is a very decent one, well compared to a Littman, it is good.

This had everything I needed in the kit. Loved this kit and would have had more stars if I could get the sphygmomanometer to work more than once a day. Shame cause it really had everything I needed and I would buy it again if not for that issue. I would chalk it up to user error but several of us had a hard time using the sphygmomanometer with any type of ease. Love the size choices used it with other sphygmomanometers instead. Great kit though!
