Over the last year I’ve tried several beard/mustache grooming products. All were pretty good but this Billy Jealousy Tubman Beard Wax tops them all. Almost clay like in the tin, with a very light and pleasant fragrance, it disappears into my mustache but holds and styles better than anything else I’ve tried. I’m still figuring out how to use it most effectively but I’m confident I’ll find that sweet spot.

If you need serious hold, then this is your product. THere is not an overpowering smell, and it has a light shine as well.

I have a gray beard and anyone who has one knows it takes a lot of care. This product held nice. It was easy to put on it was not like having to get a jackhammer to get it out of the tin can. It held about 12 hours give or take with no problem. The only thing it didnt like it the smell kinda smells like clay. But if you add a smelling oil to it works great.

Works OK, but really wish they would bring the mustache wax back. That was the BEST even for beards.

I’ve been using this brand on my beard for a long time. My Beard comes down to about the center of my chest. It’s great hold all day without the extra shine my wife loves the smell.

I bought this once a few months ago and really liked it. It had strong hold and kept my flyaways down without being overly sticky. I bought a second tin shortly after to have ready when the first one ran out, and when I transitioned to the new tin, the product had noticeably less hold. It felt different in my hands -- less like the clay texture that the first tin had, and more like a regular balm. Flyaways are back now because of the reduction in hold. Still has a great scent, and functions about as well as most balms, but I'm in the market for something with more hold to keep my (medium-long) beard neater.

this is my favorite beard product. it keeps the beard looking clean without adding any shine. one tin last me two months

Bought this one based on other reviews and it’s a good choice. It has good hold without being too heavy. The only negative is it has a slight (very slight) tint to it. On light or gray color beards it takes some effort to work it in.
