Nice metal design. NO "O" ring. No seal between bottom of this cap and your roof. Will scratch your paint off if you over tighten.

This is a really nicely machined cap made of solid metal. Unfortunately it's diameter is smaller than a standard NMO gasket, so it'll dig into and damage the finish of the metal around your NMO mount. It might be great for a non-automotive installation?
