My mother's has been taking this supplement to help her sugar levels. She had to take half the recommended dose because it worked so well it brought her sugars down too quickly. But once she adjusted her dose she was able to regulate it better and even at times skip one of her 3 doses of insulin. She of course consulted her physician before she did skip or reduce the insulin dose. I also noticed and improvement in her mood and energy.
