You can taste its goodness
We got the olive oil very quickly and protected well in the box. Super impressive. My wife and I are talking a couple of tablespoons daily and I have to say taste is spot on as described. I can taste the olive and a bit bitter at first but then smooth with a peppery note on the back end. It’s great! GREAT OIL and VERY HEALTHY

Healthiest Olive Oil on the Market (worth the price!)
Finally found a hydroxytyrosol olive oil with proof! Dr. Gundry was absolutely bombarding my Facebook feed with posts about hydroxytyrosol and its amazing antioxidant benefits. At first, I totally bought into it and went down this whole rabbit hole researching high hydroxytyrosol olive oils. I tried Dr. Gundry's oil and several other Moroccan brands (trying to save money). They all claimed to be packed with polyphenols and hydroxytyrosol, but when I dug deeper looking for actual lab results? Nothing. Zero proof. And honestly, Dr. Gundry's oil felt like a car payment, ridiculously expensive for such a tiny bottle. Plus they all had this weird watered down, bitter taste that made me suspicious they're all from the same supplier with different labels slapped on. Then I found Papa Vince. Completely different taste: smooth, peppery, actually enjoyable to drink straight. But what really sold me? They're the ONLY brand that shows actual lab-verified hydroxytyrosol results. Funny how those dramatic Moroccan desert tales suddenly don't matter when you demand actual lab-verified proof.

Papa Vince per eccellenza
This is the best olive oil I have come across in a long while. Believe me I am very particular about my olive oil. It is excellent with a clean full body taste. Their pasta and tomato sauces are wonderful too. Their customer service is very pleasant and informative. Grazie, Papa Vince and Vitina

Top Quality
Incredibly delicious olive oil. I eat fresh green salad daily now because of how this mixed with a little wine vinegar and kosher salt transforms the meal.

Very Good Stuff, but faulty plastic spout
Good stuff so far, you can feel the burn in your throat as you swallow. One thing, the plastic spout on 3 diffrent orders came loose so oil would dribble all over the place, Ive had to take that plastic piece out and now it at least dosent leak everywhere, not a big complaint, but the issue should be fixed.

I use a lot of EVOOs and I enjoy searching Amazon for hard to find, artisan made Olive Oils. This one is delicious. It was made last November from a single Olive varietal, the Nocellara del Belice (I always thought that was a table olive!) and it tastes really fresh. It's unfiltered, but it's not particularly cloudy at room temperature. Refrigerated, it became thicker and much more cloudy, which is always a good sign of a genuine, unadulterated EVOO. Good, mid to dark green colour. Lovely fresh, olive fragrance. I like to have my first tester of a new EVOO as a neat slurp, straight off a tablespoon - it gives me an idea of what foods it will go best with. This one is robust, but not rough - it's got bags and bags of smooth Olive juice flavour - initially of fresh cut grass, then a fruity Olive-ness, artichoke, tomato leaf, and then a beguiling nuttiness. The peppery throat 'kick' is there, but not enough to make your eyes water or give you a cough. It is very smooth, absolutely no bitterness, and the aftertaste is sweetly nutty and the fruitiness of the olive lingers, no greasiness or harshness. This, for me, will be best appreciated just generously drizzled over salads and pasta - or simply eaten with fresh, crusty bread. It's far too nice to cook with. Some Italian Olive oils have suffered a bad press over the years, and I've tended to avoid a lot of them because I like my Olive oils to be exactly what they say they are. This is lovely, and I've just sent off for another bottle. It's delicious.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He’s really fussy with his oil, we normally buy only when in Italy. This must be really nice as he’s asked me to order it again as he’s running out!
