Great for frat subwoofer
I got a JBL subwoofer from eBay that had a damaged cone. Used this Alpine to replace it and it has been preforming great ever since! It gets abused by frat brothers and DJ's at parties playing house music, Jersey Club, rap, and other bass heavy music. It is still going strong after almost 2 years now.

Hey it's alpine expect nothing less.been listening to alpine since back in the 80's I had a 7618 car radio,I couldn't believe how clean it sounded,I was hooked on alpine since.these subs are the best sounding for the $$$$ period

Great product. Couldn’t handle bridged 500w Alpine amp. Clicks and pops after 2 weeks of awesomeness. Rockfords fixed this problem

Worth every penny !!!!!!
I purchased this to replacing my 4ohm Cerwin Vega Sub in my Home theater box. This thing it 10 times better that what I expected . I’m driving it 175 watts an the thing just shack the friggin house . I read the comments an was skeptic . I’m very happy to say the comments where wrong! Thank you foe a great Sub Woofer Alpine.👍🏻👍🏻

Didn’t last 2 months
Had it hooked up a total of 7 weeks on 220 watts. Sounded fine, but the glue came apart where the cone is glued to the spider… poor manufacturing.
