One of the best nutritional supplements for burning during sleep

Didn't see any noticeable results taking alongside regular training. Disrupted sleep patterns where I would fall asleep as normal but wake up 1-2 hours later similar as if I had caffeine late in the evening.

Doesnt work at all. 3rd day onwards my stomach was constipated. I am a person who drinks 7ltrs of water daily. Waste!
