QR code to scan to download software doesn't work. Printer that was used for QR code is bad quality and the ink blended together on the image. No manual url given. Will have to spend time to look for software manually.

I love this scanner - I've bought it multiple times from different sources because it's reliable and performs well. Unfortunately, this particular unit arrived with a broken part (either the output tray or the auto-feed tray - I don’t recall exactly). There were also scratches on the scanning glass, though surprisingly, they didn’t seem to affect the scan quality. I didn’t test it extensively, but it was disappointing to receive a damaged unit. Aside from that, it’s a great product.

Absolutely recommend this scanner. I first fell in love with it at work and have since purchased one for myself at home! It's very easy to set up using the website. It's very quiet and works well for scanning, downloading, and sending through fax as a pdf. I highly recommend getting one and it's a great space saver also!

Brand new quality

Arrived with paper guide broken. I had to babysit the feeder to load documents.Master's degree in software and technology required to complete setup. It took 2 of us 2 hours and we were pulling our hair out. No installation software included...it is accomplished by scan code and is super confusing. We threw a party and did Olympic-caliber handstands in the parking lot when it finally installed! Returned in 3 days...

This scanner was shipped fast and in perfect condition. The model itself was easy to install and use and is very fast.
