頭髪に良いってんで服用しています。味はモロに大豆の味がします…なにしろ、タブレットそのものがサプリにしては凄くデカいため、飲むのではなく歯でかじって砕かないと上手く胃に入らないのであります。無理すりゃ水で流しこむこともできましょうが、１回につき２粒（というか２個）食べている自分にとっては、そのための水が結構必要なので水腹にならないように前述のとおり歯で砕いて「食べて」います。…が、正直なところ…美味くはありませんねぇ…もっと小さくできんもんでしょうか。

購入から2日で出荷メールが届き、配達予定より1週間以上早く届きました。サプリの効果は長期間かかりますので、いずれ効果が表れた時に追記します。

This has *just* happened - I stopped taking it late last year. In the past 2 months, my migraine headaches have been back with a vengeance, and I'm forced to rely on Imitrex (which has its own evil side effects) almost daily. My new order of Genistein arrived yesterday, and I'm really looking forward to living my life again. I hope others find the same result!

This product only has 40 mg of Genistein and that's if you take two giant pills. What a waste of money! Of course they don't include a picture of the actual ingredients. The tablets are large, difficult to swallow, and full of other ingredients I didn't want. There are other products that have higher concentrations of Genistein without the fillers. Would definitely not recommend.

I take it because I read a study that said this enzyme helps mend heart damage from cannabis use.
