Definitely not. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria for your large intestines. Both men and women have large intestines so men can benefit from probiotics just like men.

We do not ship via Amazon. We fulfill our own from the factory 3 miles away. It is fresh from their freezers in the morning the day we ship it to you.

For as long as you would like. Or at least up until the expiration date. It is a common misconception that probiotics require refrigeration. They're only specific strains that require it, and this is not one. Virtually every probiotic out there is shelfstable.
