Thompson Chain Reference Bible

It's very hard to find a Bible like this, all in one Chain Reference. I would like to keep extras on hand just because.

Product received was in perfect condition the only thing with wear was the paper slip covering the actual Bible. The Bible itself is in pristine condition! Thank you so much!

A really nice value for the quality of material you are getting. I've had a Thompson's bible for many years and wanted one in the updated ESV translation for a long time. I was happy to see that Kirkbride worked out a deal with the ESV folks to make this happen. All of the helps that are in the original are here with modern, up to date renaming of the tools. The print is still a bit smaller but I have a pocket magnifier I keep with me for this purpose since my eyes don't handle smaller print well these days :)This bible has so many different tools in the back it's wonderful for a beginning bible student. Outlines for the books, wonderful illustrations that remain from the older versions that connect various places in Scripture, and a numerical index that will track subjects for you to create a custom study like nothing you could get from any other bible.

The only drawback I can find is the text size is hard to read for my old eyes, but I understand that a larger font would produce a massive size book.
