Carmichael Training Systems CTS Cycling for Power DVD

I've Cycling For Power, Cycling For Fitness and Cycling For Cadence...and I'm disappointed at the structure of the delivery format of the CTS training brand.Absolutely boring, not motivating or visually stimulating.Issues I have:1. A CTS Master Trainer walks with a clipboard around in a room of 5-8 riders hooked up to trainers and say "10 more seconds, faster cadence".2. Tacky music. CTS makes enough money through the entire brand, if they don't want to pay licensing to good music, at least have music with beats that you can ride to when you're doing a grueling indoor training3. No interaction between the riders in the video. I am not asking for a Hollywood movie, but for crying out loud, these people are riding in a room together, you'd expect them to have a slight interaction with each otherThese are my big pet peeves with CTS training videos. Very disappointing, it lacks personality. I'm shelving these videos, otherwise I'll be bored to death watching them on my trainer. You can do better in your spinning class than watching this.

This is a very good indoor workout. The workouts are demanding, and the coach is the right balance between friend and foe. Overall, it's a good addition to off-season training. It's definitely part of my mix.

I have used the CTS videos for several years. Cycling for Power is one of my favorite cycling workouts. When you use this video consistent, you friends will know it. The view from the front is pretty sweet too.

Perfect for winter indoor training. I've gotten more out of these training dvd's than my previous works outs done on my own. They definitely push you to the limit and beyond

Great. More than makes up for the time not on the road when the weather is wet and windy. Wish I had dvd a few years earlier. Terry

Good workout, clear instructions. Great when you have to be indoors due to weather and can ride on a trainer.

This is my second DVD by CTS and it did not disappoint. Would be better without all the plugs for CTS products.
