What does it come with? Because im a bit confused as to what it it im buying, i know its a pouch but do i get a Multi-Tool aswell?

No you don't. It's just the pouch, but it's a very good one. I use it with my Leatherman Skeletool when my pockets are full and it works a treat.

Would this clip allow attachment to a Molle vest?

It does have a loop and a strong metal clip on the rear of it so yes is the answer I would guess

What’s the biggest diameter of torch this could fit in the side?

The pouch is both quite short, and the side pockets tight. 10 cm long with 7cm being the elastic side, it expands enough hold an AA Battery. I keep a Maglite Solitaire torch in one side pocket, and the bit extension in the other.

Will a Gerber Truss fit the pouch

Hi, to be honest i am not 100% sure. It is quite roomy. I had a Leatherman wave in mine. However as at some point when i was walking with it on my belt it slipped off and I lost both the pouch and Leatherman in it. So I would advise buying something with an actual loop that goes on your belt. I am still pretty pissed that I lost my Leatherman. It was not cheap.
