cuckoo clock that doesn't cuckoo
keeps good time,,the cuckoo chime and bird never worked from the time of arrival. My old cousin whose present it was very disappointed. Although there is a one year warranty it excludes transit issues and return information so no fall back. We went carefully through the instructions for the case of chime not working etc Would i purchase again,,,,,,,,,,

Great little clock
Have had this for 9 months now and it still works a treat. Nice size and looks like wood even though it isn't. The cuckoo sound is quite realistic and volume can be adjusted. The little bird is cute, we call him Karl! Wouldn't be without it now. An update, after having the clock 16 months it stopped working. Changed the batteries but no joy, the doors remained firmly shut with no cuckoo...disappointing as would have hoped it to last longer than that. The guarantee was only for 12 months, but will contact Acctim about it I think.
