It's a bit hard on the back. I'd recommend another one that doesn't have so many ridges, especially if there isn't an expert to guide you. It does hit the points, but it also hits bones.

This is very good product for back relief it's suggested my family doctor. After using that one having much relief in my back pain. It's very durable and made of good quality of material.

This plastic has broken in a week time since started to work, whereas return date also completed... It's very useful to me as am a shuttle player... But now fully disappointed.

I play sports regularly , and muscle niggles are common at my age.This helps to me warm up my muscles properly and in cooldown after a intense session.
