I bought this as a gift for my husband to hang in the garage. I was worried that it might not arrive in tact. However, it was packaged very well, all the neon works, colors are vibrant and looks fantastic. I was hoping it would’ve arrived sooner than it did, so I contacted the seller and got a prompt response. It arrived a couple of days later than expected, but I was pleased that it wasn’t damaged. Definitely happy with this purchase.

We purchased 2 neons for my husband Garage aka man cave! These were both beautifully packed and came very quickly too!Unfortunately one of the neons had a piece that was cracked when it arrived. I contacted them. Their reply was fast and very friendly. In a very short time we received the replacement part, put it in and worked perfectly!! It was very Easy to do too!! I was very surprised! The price was very good too! We had a few already and paid much more in the past from another neon dealer! Quality, well packaged and e celebrate customer service!

Too expensive for a bar light that doesn’t work, was missing a hanger for it . Displeased honestly.

While it took 1.5 months to receive, I was actually in the process of asking for a refund, when the sign arrived. It could probably have survived a hurricane it was packaged so well. As it was a gift, we didn't remove it from the packaging, but did plug it in and we were very impressed. It is just beautiful and is going to look very good in the man cave. Would definitely recommend, just be patient with regard to delivery.
