My cats LOVE this stuff. No fillers / other ingredients that cats don’t need. Cats are carnivores and this is a perfect carnivorous cat food for them. They never get sick of it. Glad we got them off other brands that aren’t as good for their health.

Expensive if you’re used to buying cheaper brands, but my cat really likes it. The ingredients are very transparent and support a carnivore properly. I specifically buy the After Dark though for that reason. It was a lot of moisture which is great. No funky smell either. I will say that in comparison to other, maybe stinkier foods, it’s much harder to entice my cat to eat (I think because it had such a low smell. Think about whether you want to eat a grilled chicken breast or a Big Mac) . I started just topping it with something to get her going (like a freeze dried minnow or treat I know she enjoys) and then all was well. No stomach issues on her end either.

My cat devours these and loves the taste. You can actually see the real protein pieces. No stomach upset at all.

Great food for my cats

I have three cats ages 8, 5, and 3. I bought this because I was impressed with the ingredients and macros. Compared to the most common cat food brands, TikiCat has significantly more animal-based protein and flavor variation. It smells like real meat, with none of the weird goopy gravy that comes in other brands. While I love Tikicat for its nutritional benefits, my cats are not huge fans because it does not have as much of that goopy gravy/broth as Friskies does, for instance. They will only eat a few bites, no matter which flavor we try. My cats also really do not like the quail egg, for some reason. My 3 year old troublemaker always pulls it out of his dish and plays with it. If you do buy this for a particularly picky cat, I recommend getting a cat topper or broth to pour over the top.

i love this brand. a bit expensive but when i say my cat doesn’t hardly want anything else! easy on his tummy so i’ve noticed no issues at the potty. to me, they’re quite small though being that you need at least 2 cans per day to actually feed your adult babies properly. that said, i run out of this stuff really quickly if i don’t mix it with dry food & i'd prefer not to mix it at all. but my baby is so healthy & you can see it in his beautiful coat. we’re stuck on tiki cat & will use it for a long time.

I have 4 cats, and only one would eat it, but he also eats cold pizza, soooooo..... I certainly did receive dented cans, but that is a constant with Amazon in my experience. I thought it smelled better than Friskies. And, it LOOKED great! It looked better than Dollar Tree Tuna, which all of them will eat. My kids are spoiled rotten, so I wouldn't put much weight on their reviews, but I have to go with food that they will eat. I was impressed with the appearance and smell of the food, with its little 1/2 hard-boiled eggs, although I felt guilty for that grouse or mini-chicken. Also, the cans are SMALL. I didn't notice that when I ordered. $20 is pretty cheap, but not for super small cans and food my kids won't eat.

I absolutely love this cat food... & kitty does even more! I like it because you can see exactly what they are eating. Nothing but protein, no fillers, non-GMO. Thats exactly what cats need since they are strictly carnivores. There's no nasty jelly like substance like the cheap regular grocery store cat food has. It has a decent amount of broth, which my cat loves and drinks 1st. It keeps her hydrated. I love all things Tiki Cat brand for my fur baby! Its also a better price on Amazon then I've seen in stores and it comes very fast! If I was a cat this is what I would prefer.
