A few weeks ago I started experiencing significant neck and shoulder pain. I decided the culprit was my old memory foam pillow. After trying several different replacements that didn't provide any relief, I thought I'd give this shredded foam pillow a shot. I'm glad I did. At this price point, I had very low expectations, and I'm happy to be surprised. This pillow is extremely comfortable, adjustable and suitably firm. If you want a very firm pillow, the included extra filling will get you there. My neck feels a lot better, which itself seems like an endorsement. As with all pillows of this type, there's a pretty strong smell from the foam when you first open it. It goes away after a few days. My only gripe is that the pillow gets a little warm. It doesn't dissipate heat as well as I had hoped. It's not extreme, just a minor annoyance. One last thing: I've only been sleeping on the pillow for about a week, so I've got no insight regarding long-term quality. That said, given the inclusion of additional filling, I'm confident it'll last least 18 months before it needs replacing. At this price, I'm fine with that.

I have never found a comfortable pillow to use until now. I am a back,side and stomach sleeper. So to find 1 pillow that works for it all was hard until now. This is a great pillow! I used to get lots of neck pain from other pillows, but not with this one. I can shape it around my neck and face to get the comfort that I need based ob my position at the time. Will buy more of this one when I need to.

Love the size of the pillow & how if one side is making you hot you can turn it over & the side that was hot cools down pretty quickly. It's very comfortable as well to use but the only downside for me is that I put all the fluff it came with in it & it doesn't feel like it's enough....when I press my head down after a bit later it's like a dent in the middle & the fluff goes to both sides. So what I have to do is put the pillow to the side for a little while & let it fluff up on its own to be normal & then use it again...it's a bit annoying but it's okay I guess.

I really love this thing! I love the cooling case more than anything I think as it's definitely helped reduce how warm I get at night. I sleep on my side and this is my go-to pillow for rolling over and getting comfy. The support is super nice and I love that you can add or subtract it. I added all of the additional fluff and I like that the pillow isn't totally a brick that you can't roll on top of with that in there, it just gets fluffier. I'm a big fan of it and it's at a great price point.

So disappointed. I followed instructions and let it expand for 24 hours, which did nothing at all. Fluffed in dryer as instructed, fluffed **slightly**. Added extra bag of foam. I think I would need 5 more bags for this to even equal a cheap $10 pillow. My head literally touches the mattress. It’s sooooo flat, hardly filled and I feel scammed.

I bought 2 king size pillows almost 2 years ago, to replace the 4 pillows my husband and I sleep with. These are the best pillows we have found and only recently we had a little issue. We felt the pillows weren't as fluffy as usual and had already used up the extra filling supplied. I contacted customer service and to my surprise, the experience was wonderful. No questions asked and 2 replacements at my house in 3 days. We are so very glad we made this purchase. Thank you.

This is the best pillow I have ever had. I got this pillow to replace my old pillow that I had for years. My old pillow was a memory foam pillow that had cooling gel on one side. The cooling gel was getting worn out and was sticky to the touch. Every time I touched the cooling gel it would come apart. So I said no more pillows with the cooling gel. This pillow is perfect for me since I'm a side sleeper. It came compressed and was flat after I unwrapped it. The instructions say to wait 12 to 24 hours before using it but I didn't have to wait that long. I was able to use this pillow the day I got it. All I had to do is wait 8 hours. What I like about this pillow is I didn't have to remove or add any memory foam. Another thing to mention is this pillow comes with a pillow case that feels silky. Then another one to cover the case that holds the foam. They all have a zipper so when the cases need to be washed I can take the memory foam out and wash the cases. Or you can add or remove memory foam. To be on the safe side I'm using a pillow case over the one that came with this pillow to protect the others. The description says it smells like green tea. I don't think it's over powering either unless you put your face right into this pillow. The smell is not as strong as other pillows. I didn't smell it the one night I had this pillow. Since I didn't use any of the extra memory foam I'll have it as backup for when the memory foam wears out so I can replace it. I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in years until I got this pillow. If you're looking for a pillow then this is the pillow to get. You won't regret it.

The pillow itself is fine. Only had it for a week, but nice comfortable support so far. The problem is the included "cooling" pillowcase. Today I tried to wash it. It shredded in the machine and clogged the washer's pump. This resulted in my least favorite way to spend the morning: plumbing adjacent repairs. If you can get this pillow for a good price, give it a try. Save yourself a headache and just throw the pillowcase in the garbage. Or save it for burying your cat in. Just don't wash it.

I bought this item....its about 2 weeks maybe less but omg....it is a pillow you control the inside stuffing to what your desire is to sleeping on and extra syuffing added....the inside stuffing is made from green tea and it has a really cool pillow that has a different feel to other pillow cases....ever since I got it I have been sleeping more deeply ...it contours to your head shapes well....you must try this ...no regrets....

Great pillow, they do take a while to fully plump up but are worth the wait. I also have a body bolster and they have both helped with my sleeping and helped relive my aches

I had a different brand a few years ago..its been brilliant so decided to get a new one ,,this one was on offer so bought one...its not got as much filling in as the other so wasnt sure about it but the quality is fabulous with a lifetime replacement guarantee !!...so contacted the supplier via amazon as it suggested if any queries etc..and i asked about getting an extra bag of filling sent...the emailed me within days and arranged to send me free of charge..they have a UK depot..as American based...i didnt realise this until it came a few days later by Royal Mail...im so impressed with the customer service..she was so lovely and helpful..nothing was too much trouble absolutely fabulous !!..the pillow is brilliant..the silky cover is perfectly cool ..ladies if u are getting hot flushes..GET ONE!!..lol..i tried a normal pillow again a few weeks ago..i didnt sleep all night well at all ..hated it..so will always buy these from now on..very very happy Thanx LOFT :)

Ok, so. My 12 year old son has been complaining that he needed a new pillow because ours are old, and it has been causing him headaches. I stumbled across this pillow, looked interesting. Being able to add or remove stuffing was different. I read the reviews and thought ok, I’ll give it a try. Reviews didn’t lie, if anything the reviews doesn’t do this pillow justice. You have to ACTUALLY try it and see for yourself. It’s amazing, the comfort, your sleep quality, staying cool while sleeping. I tried it out and took a nap with it. AMAZING. So, as soon as I woke from my nap, I bought 2 more. One for myself and one for the hubby. I would have gave it 5 stars. However the reason I gave it 4 is because I think it should come with a little more stuffing.

I will NEVER trust another review in my life! I will never ask anyones opinion or use the ask a question because the answers are false! clearly no one has ANY idea whatsoever what a pillow should look and feel like. when I opened the box and took the pillow out I literally said out loud is this a joke? with some nasty words in between! the pillow was COMPLETELY flat!!!! with maybe two small hand sizes of stuffing inside! I even asked if it comes with enough stuffing and people said plenty….HA HA HA HAAAAAA! if plenty is enough to fill quarter of the pillow case and it’s STILL FLAT! and will feel lumpy and horrible! i’d have to buy about $100 or more worth of stuffing to fill this pillow to an actual pillow that has some sort of loft to it! if i wanted to sleep with my face squished to the mattress I could have done that for free! and not wasted the $55! I am so angry and disappointed!!! i’ve bought about 14 different pillows and they make them so cheap and flat nowadays! not like back in the day when they were huge and fluffy and actually gave your neck some support so you don’t wake up with sore shoulders, ears and a horrible kinked neck, cuz that’s what i’m paying for with all this crud! hundreds and hundreds of dollars to be in constant pain and uncomfortable
