Which Linux driver does this use?

# lsusb reports it as, "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8153 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter". Worked out of the box with an Ubuntu Server 20.04 installation for me. No config, no messing. Just plug in and go. The USB 3.0 ports work as expected too. Hope this helps.

Can i connect a s9 mobile phone to this device so it can be wired to a lan ethernet internet network and receieve a network

I tried it on S9 and S10 plus, it did not work.
